I'm sharing with all of you my Top Ten Reads so far in 2017. I'm linking up with The Broke and The Bookish for this meme- they host Top Ten Tuesday every week. Without further ado, let's get into my list (which is not organized in any way)!
This is Where it Ends by Marieke Nijkamp
Unbecoming by Jenny Downham
Aristotle and Dante discover the Secrets of the Universe by Benjamin Alire Saenz
The Raven Boys by Maggie Stiefvater
I realize that only one of these books is a 2017 release, but I loved the rest of these books nevertheless!
The Loose Ends List and Aristotle & Dante (heard lots of good things about that one) both sound great to me. Nice list.
ReplyDeleteI certainly enjoyed both books- although they could not be more different!
DeleteLooks like you've read some spectacular books so far this year!!
ReplyDeleteHere's a link to my TTT post for this week:

I certainly have! Thanks for stopping by- have a great reading week!
DeleteI really, really want to read Ari & Dante and The Raven Boys. I'm glad to see they made your list! Nice books this year and I hope that the rest of 2017 is as good!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much Di! Your list this week was really great as well- I love that you talked about series instead of just standalone!
DeleteThe only one I've heard of on the list is the last one, and I do like that cover. I don't really read any contemporary or YA, sorry! Sounds like you've had a good reading year so far.
ReplyDeleteThat's ok- there's nothing to apologize for! I've visited so many lists this week where I haven't heard of a single book!
DeleteYes, The Raven Boys was a fantastic book. Good choice there.
ReplyDeleteHere is our TTT.
Thanks for stopping by Astilbe!
DeleteI read I'll Give You The Sun earlier this year as well. It was exciting that there was another female named Jude. And that was my favorite part, because I'm biased, haha. Also, I really need to read This is Where it Ends.
ReplyDeleteWell Jude- when I come across a character with my name (yet to happen) I'm sure I'll be equally excited!
DeleteDO NOT forget about This is Where it Ends- I assure you it is one of the best books ever written!
You've had some fab reading experiences this year! :-) I have loved many of these books.
ReplyDeleteThanks Chrissi-clearly, so did I!
DeleteSo many of these are on my TBR, so I'm so glad you loved all of these! Aristotle and Dante and This is Where it Ends are two I have been wanting to pick up for so long now. The Dream Thieves actually also made my list for this week, so hope you enjoy that one as much as you enjoyed The Raven Boys when you read it :)
ReplyDeleteMy TTT
Thanks Alice- I really hope I enjoy Raven Cycle as well! I liked the first book quite a bit!
DeleteI actually haven't read any of these yet so I'm really going to have to check them out :)
ReplyDeleteI really encourage you to check out most- if not all- of these books!
DeleteI've heard a lot of good things about I'll Give You The Sun. Hope you have some good reads the rest of the year :)
ReplyDeleteThanks Anna! I hope you continue to have great reads as well!
DeleteI'll Give You the Sun was my favorite book of last year, and one of my favorites of all time! Glad to see you loved it too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by The Local Muse
I'll Give You the Sun was the first book I read this year- and I still remember it so vividly!
DeleteI very much want to read Marieke Nijkamp - I hear such good things.
ReplyDeleteShe's a very good author Imyril- I suggest you read her immediately!
DeleteI keep meaning to read The Raven Boys!
ReplyDeleteI knew as soon as I finished reading the book that I had to add it to this list!
