Her bright red hair stands out, she uses the wrong language, wears different clothes and she generally doesn't fit. She meets Park on the bus. Park is a social misfit. He sits alone, always listens to music and just seems different. Together they are the perfect pair. They laugh before they finish their jokes, talk about the same things, worry about the same issues, and confide in one another. I think this could possibly be one of Rowell's best books. It won the Goodreads Choice Award for 2013 (the year it was released) and warmed the hearts of many fellow readers.

I didn't quite enjoy Landline as much as I enjoyed Eleanor & Park, but I did like it.  The main character of the story, Georgie McCool is a comedy script writer. She is married, and has two young daughters- Alice and Naomi (AKA Noomi). Her career is just about to take off, but her marriage is crashing. What should she do?   This book can somehow fit into both science, and realistic fiction. Through the novel, we see a magic phone, but I won't spoil anything else for you! For the most part, it deals with dying love, and the birth of a career. The underlying theme is most definitely love. However, this isn't just a typical love story. This post will be all about a book called "Carry On" by Rainbow Rowell. It's a sequel of sorts to her book, "Fangirl". The main characters of "Fangirl" are obsessed with a series called "Simon Snow". Simon Snow didn't exist, until Rainbow Rowell wrote "Carry On". You don't have to read Fangirl to understand Carry On, because it's a great book both as a sequel and as an individual. The book is a fantasy, and revolves around a magical world. Similar to Harry Potter, the book's main character,  Simon Snow , was raised in a non-magical world, The difference however, between the two books, is that in Simon's world, living in a non-magical world and being magical is not possible.  Although the book draws many references to old-fashioned li...
