Hello everyone! I'm back with another IMWAYR* post- or a reading update.

I finished reading "Angels and Demons" by Dan Brown this week. I'd started the series backwards, and I finally borrowed this book from a friend to complete the series. The series is about a Harvard symbology professor who uses his talent to solve mysteries. You could wait for my review of this book, or check out my review of Inferno here.
I also finished reading "Pretty Little Liars" by Sara Shepard. It's not a book that I wanted to read, but I was in a reading slump, and wanted a quick light read. The book was okay, but I wouldn't recommend it to any of you.
I am currently reading "This Adventure Ends" by Emma Miller. It's about a young girl who forms strong bonds with a popular girl and her twin. I'm liking it so far, but I'm not sure if I'll love it at the end.
What have you read this week? Anything interesting- maybe you could recommend it to me?

My students loved the Dan Brown books. I only read the first one, but enjoyed it! I have The Light Between Oceans, & still need to read it! Lots of great books, wishing for more time!
ReplyDeleteWell hopefully, I can add more books to your TBR list in the future!
DeleteThanks for stopping by!
Never made it past Da Vinci Code myself. I saw the ad for the latest movie and had no idea that there had been additional books in the series. Whoops! I'm currently reading Jason Reynold's As Brave As You, which I think is going to turn out to be quite powerful.
ReplyDeleteI think you'll like the next two. I'm a bit torn between the lat two books.
DeleteOn my way to check out "as brave as you" now!
Thanks for stopping by!
I haven't actually read any Dan Brown, but I have seen two of the films! :-)
ReplyDeleteI think you'll like the books much more than the movies- Of course, that's my standard response!

I think I've only read The Da Vinci Code by Brown. Actually, it was a book I listened to while on a road trip somewhere. I don't remember where we were on our way to, but I do remember the book!
